Property where burn-off is proposed including specific details
Type of vegetation required to be burnt
Estimated times for the burn-off for a single burn
If single or multiple burn-offs are proposed
Your completed application form must be submitted for consideration with our Fire Prevention Unit either by post, fax or email.
