Public exhibition of Amendment C366 has now closed.

The next step is for a report on submissions to be prepared and considered by Council's delegate. A copy of the report will be posted on this website by the date shown above.


The amendment will enable the subdivision and development of land for multi-unit housing by:

  • Removing a restrictive covenant from 64 Princes Highway Norlane, so as to allow the development of more than one dwelling on the land.

The amendment is accompanied by:

  • a draft planning permit for a 12 lot subdivision and the development of 12 dwellings on 64 – 66 Princes Highway and 1 Donnelly Avenue, Norlane (see plan on the next page).

The decision to prepare and exhibit the Amendment was made by Council at it’s meeting on 9 April 2019. The minutes from the meeting can be viewed under supporting documents.


All submissions will be considered by the City of Greater Geelong, Councillors or Independent Panel as required.
