Report a driver assistance collection issue

Contact us when your bins have not been put out or returned to your property on collection day if you normally receive assistance from us with this service.

When you speak with our Customer Service Team to report a driver assistance collection issue, you will need to tell us:

  1. your name, address and contact details

  2. where your bins are located
  3. which bins have not been taken out/brought back in


We will take action to have this service provided for you.

Note: The service is under review and is not taking new applicants.
