Charity collections

You need our approval for all fundraising including door to door, roadside intersection collections. Further approval is required from Victoria Police for roadside and intersection collections.

Information required for charity collection approval

You will need to tell/give us:

  • name and address of contact

  • telephone number / fax number

  • charity or organisation

  • proposed dates of collections and times

  • location/s (which intersections or which streets/areas)

  • copy of $10 million liability insurance.

Approval waiting time

We aim to have response to you within 10 working days.
