Greater Geelong Community Health Needs Assessment 2014

The Greater Geelong Community Health Needs Assessment is based on rates of key lifestyle related health problems. The report includes comparisons with state averages, comparisons between geographic areas, and comparisons between 2008 and 2011-12 rates of prevalence of these key health problems.
