Functional Training Zone
Functional training provides you with the strength, stability, mobility, endurance and flexibility required to get the most out of your fitness goals safely and with good form, including kettlebell and suspension.
We run daily 30 minute small group training sessions on the gym floor for our members. Our qualified Gym Trainers will motivate you to challenge yourself, and reach goals, 30 minutes at a time.
Health & Fitness Program for ages 55+. Work at your own pace to a personalised gym program, conducted in a supervised and friendly group environment.
