This engagement is complete

Date: Wednesday, 23 August 2017 to Wednesday, 20 September 2017

Background

Have your say on the Breamlea Holiday Park Masterplan Draft.  The plan has been developed  to guide improvements to the Park over the next five years.  It aims to maintain the natural amenity of the Park, improve its financial viability and facilities and to meet requirements of State Government policy and best practice guidelines for foreshore caravan parks.

The Masterplan Draft seeks to build on recent improvements undertaken by Council. Key recommendations of the draft Masterplan include undertaking an assessment of aboriginal cultural heritage at the Park, modification to the layout of the Park including the relocation of some 12 month permit sites, an increase in the number of 12 month permit sites and identifying areas as suitable for future cabin or casual camping and motor homes.
