At its meeting on Wednesday 30 April 2019, the City of Greater Geelong resolved to give public notice that Council has prepared its Council Plan 2018-22, Update 2019-20 and Proposed Budget for the 2019-20 financial year (1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020).

The Council Plan 2018-22 outlines 11 key strategic priorities for focus as we strive to reach the community’s long-term vision for a clever and creative future.

It guides the City's resources to deliver infrastructure, services and programs in a sustainable way over the next four years. The plan has been updated in line with the Proposed 2019-20 Budget.

Submissions can be lodged online below or by mail to:

Submissions on the Council Plan 2018–22, Update 2019–20 or Proposed 2019–20 Budget (including Differential Rates) must be done in writing by 5.00pm, Tuesday 28 May 2019.

To ensure your submission is valid please include your name, postal address, a contact phone number, email address (if you have one) and details of your submission.

Council’s Submissions Panel will meet on Wednesday 5 June 2019 at the Council Conference and Reception Centre, City Hall, Little Malop Street, Geelong to consider all submissions.

Anyone who has lodged a valid written submission can attend and ask
to speak in support of their submission.
