Wharf Shed, Geelong Waterfront (Premises) is located on reserved Crown land managed by Greater Geelong City Council (City) as a Committee of Management, appointed under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 (Act).
The premises is leased under Section 17D of the Act to Three Frothy Beers Pty Ltd. This lease ends on 30 June 2028.
Pursuant to the Leasing Policy for Victorian Crown Land, the City intends to negotiate a new lease of 21 years to Three Frothy Beers Pty Ltd to continue to operate a café/restaurant/function space, before the date
the current lease expires.
Through this notice, the City is seeking feedback from the public in regard to this re-leasing proposal.
